ORDERS

  1. When will I receive my order? I run my business through pre-orders. Which means, everyone has a good chance of placing an order. However, my wife and I are the only ones behind the scenes, so in order to guarantee a window of time for delivery, I do limit the total number of orders that come through on drop day. Expect delivery in 2-4 weeks.

  2. Stolen/missing packages. Once your order ships, we are no longer responsible for it. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Any issues with delivery is out of our control once your order leaves our shop. Please contact USPS or your local post office for any delivery issues or inquiries.

  3. Returned packages. If your package was sent back to us due to incorrect address, incomplete address information, etc., we can send it back but we will require you to pay for shipping again.

  4. I put the wrong address, what do I do? It is your responsibility as the customer to provide your correct information (name, shipping address, etc). You can message us to update your information, however, once it is packed and/or shipped, we can no longer change it. If this happens, you may contact us and we can send you another package but you will have to purchase it again.

MISCELLANEOUS

  1. What’s screen printing? Screen printing is the process in which how many popular garments in the world are made! Ink is transferred to the garment thru a silk screen with the design and heat cured to a specific temperature to ensure long lasting quality. Meaning, these clothes are made with the same industry standard and will last you a long time :)

  2. How do I wash it? Just like any garment, wear and tear will affect it over time. To help your garment last, use the correct washing instructions - cold water, inside out and gentle wash. Machine dry on low heat.
